Yep! My Fiancee is 5'5" and 66 kgs. I am 5'6" and WAS 86 kgs, so a whole 20 kgs heavier than him! I'm now 69 kgs and my ultimate goal is to either weigh the same or less than him before our August wedding :wink:

I graduated back in 1999 and I was 132 lbs. As of November last year I was 190.5lbs. I'm now 150.3 lbs and my goal is 145 lbs :happy:

I am on level 2, day 7. I have lost nearly 2 kgs (not sure what that is in lbs) since starting but I have also been doing other exercise aswell. My strength and endurance are so much better and I can even now touch my toes! I haven't been able to do that since I was a teenager :laugh:

Level 1 - bicycle crunches. I just couldn't do them so just did normal crunches instead. Level 2 - I don't know what it's called, but the one where you have to lift the weights above your head while lifting 1 leg off the ground. KILLS my arms! Haven't started level 3 yet
