Hey All,

I just thought i'd share my weight loss so far i've lost 23kgs in just over 12months and my fitness level has seriously increased alot. Before i started i could never imagine myself running now i run pretty much every afternoon without curling up and dying lol. It was hard to start the ball rolling but now its a way of life and it was well worth it.

    wow what a transformation!!! you are such an inspiration!! I was very overwieght during my late teens and early 20's and it really did effect me. Enjoy every moment of your weight loss clothes shopping must be so much fun now for you.
