I'm sorry, but 600 calories is very unhealthy!!! Aim for at least 1200...your body NEEDS the nutrients...don't starve it :(

I can totally relate!!! I'm down 65 pounds and those 20 I have left are stubborn...well partially my fault...it's true abs are made in the kitchen. We must eat good everyday to see results. You got this girly, lets make it happen this year!!!!

Agree...i eat around 2,000 calories a day + exercise. It's a lifestyle change!

NOOOO....800 calories per day is very bad for you..!! You will gain the weight back...instead aim for 1-2 pounds a week. Make it a lifestyle change!
