I am 5'8 24 years old Currently 166 pounds, my goal is to weign in at 150 pounds..!! I eat around 1800-2000 calories per day follow my a lot cardio/ strength training 3 times per week My starting weight was at 230 pounds, I need to tone up, tight up and finish this fat loss! We can do it!!!
