Cucumber. Or weight watchers jelly (it isn't calorie free but very low and helps to fill you up). Personally I tend to have a hard boiled egg, it has maybe 70 calories but really helps you to stop feeling hungry.

Some (such as myself) are not physiologically capable of having a thigh gap. It is all to do with the width of the pelvis and the angle your legs come from your hips. I think the only way I'd ever have it was if I had some terrible wasting disease.

It sounds like shin splints. I've not had them myself but maybe google will know what to do.

I don't think I've had 8 hours straight in the last 3.5 years!! I guess that adds yet another element to baby weight.

I did! Although it took me 33 days. I only lost 5.9lbs but toned up heaps! Here is a link to my post when I finished  http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/506156-i-finished-the-30-day-shred-with-photo

I know what you mean, I used to fit size 10 pants (US size 6) but have never got below a 14 (or 10) in the top. I'm guessing it is because I have broad shoulders and narrow hips?!? Also I sometimes had to go up a size in pants to get the legs long enough. Clothing sizes are weird!

I'm 5'9, I started at 198lbs and am currently 165lbs. My goal is 154, but I'd quite like to be 150. The least I've ever weighed was 135 and I really liked how I looked (I have always had quite thin lower legs and forearms and the rest of me matched at that weight) but I think many years and 2 kids have ruined my chances of…

Don't beat yourself up about it! I lost the majority of my weight without doing any exercise. Once I'd lost it I actually felt like doing some (I guess I was tired with sore knees before!). My theory was to get one thing under control at a time and food was first (they say it is 80% diet and 20% exercise) so my focus was…

If you are still in the early stages of losing weight (which it sounds like you are) and have quite a bit to lose then it will probably move quite quickly initially. I would carry on as you are, it sounds like you are eating enough to satisfy yourself so keep it up!
-
As a previous person said, I wouldn't eat anything if it had touched anything else. My older brother, on the other hand, used to mix EVERYTHING together until it was beige gunk.

Hi, I did it 30 times in 33 days, I lost 2.8kg which is about 5.9lbs but I toned up a lot. I used 2.5kg weights (about 5ish lbs) which were slightly heavy for some things and slightly light for others but they were what I had so I just used them. The space needed is enough to lie down on the floor with your arms stretched…

Sort of, I don't actually buy the clothes, but I refuse to buy any new ones at my bigger size, the outcome is I'm wearing clothes that are about 5 years old and older and some of them are falling apart!!

Each one is 55 minutes long.

Yes and no, I used to do a lot of swimming so I don't know how much I was sweating (which is kind of gross when you think of how many other people were in the pool!). I tend to go on how I feel afterwards.
-
Your muscles have probably become accustomed to the workout. First time I did it I ached all over, now I can do any of JM's workouts and not feel sore at all afterwards! I still have sweat dripping off me and shake when using the weights but I don't need the recovery time I used to. Just thought I'd add, by 'any' I mean…

A pear.

Your hips look way slimmer! Keep up the good work

No more trouble zones for me! Some of those exercises are killer! I have Jelly arms and am waiting to stop sweating so I can go and shower.
-
Well done!! I can totally relate to the baby cuddles  my 9 month old is the same! I've started using her as a weight and crunching with her on my chest! My 3 year old also likes to climb on my back during push ups - I guess it is a form of weight training!! The difference in your tummy is phenomenal - I might go and…

Well, I live over here in the future and Sunday is going fine so far!
-
It would be fine in my house! My baby is just finishing off a big pile of steamed carrots and broccoli and has heaps of steak and kidney stew in the freezer - she is also fond of a nice chickpea curry!

I put Circuit Training General - I'd love to get a heart rate monitor but don't have the $$$!!

Clothing sizes are irrelevant anyway, here in New Zealand there is no such thing as a size 0! I think the rule of thumb is to add 4 to American sizing so the smallest we go is a 4 (although I've never seen anything smaller than a 6 and even they are hard to find!) I guess I'd be a size 8 - 10 (while here I'm a 12 - 14). I…

I did it recently (I finished about 2ish weeks ago) I had good results but more in measurements rather than weight loss (I lost 2.8kg or 5.9lbs). I've started Ripped in 30 but have only done 2 days so far so I don't know if the results will continue (I'm hoping they do!!) Here is a copy of my before and after photos:

I've only done the first workout (I started this week) I found it really easy! I think it must be because Jillian already kicked my butt and got me in shape doing the 30 Day Shred (I had a week and a bit off in between). In saying that, I did work up a big sweat and felt like I was exercising, it is just that when I…

Try to keep note of your own pattern over time (it will take time to work it out), I know my own pattern goes big loss, small loss/gain, medium loss, medium loss then it begins again! So I now know not to freak out if I have a small gain one week as it is part of the way my body loses weight. Also maybe try to weigh in…

I don't have a dog, but log 'walking the dog' as it is about the speed my 3 year old walks!! There is no other option for that speed

I go to a Mums and Bubs Bootcamp and the instructor warns us if there are going to be starjumps (jumping jacks) as there are a number of us who rush off to the loo before we start! My babies were 10lb 3oz and 10lb 4oz, but the pelvic floor exercises really REALLY do help!!

I don't have a gym membership (I can't afford it) and have lost all my weight by myself. I do workout DVD's, walk and run and count calories and so far I'm down 14.7kg which is about 32 pounds. I just wanted to add that I'd love a gym membership as I love swimming and spin class but it isn't practical for me as I'd need to…

Yay! I've lost 2 of them (with 2 pounds left over) or 3 newborns (going by the size of my two anyway!!)
