I tried it for the first time today! I did it all, but I don't think I would have been able to if I hadn't just finished the 30 Day Shred!! I think it is going to HURT tomorrow!! Has anyone ever used it before? How often are you supposed to do it?

Today I am wearing my 'skinny' pants AND a belt to keep them up!! I've never worn a belt with these pants before, in fact I thought the belt loops were just there for decoration. Not only that, but I am in the tightest hole in the belt!! :bigsmile:
