  • Well I vary it up in order depending on how sore I am. Sometimes I do a Mobility recovery then a DB15 if I am sore. Sometimes I do Tabata. I don't mind the trainers and I like to stream it through my PS3. I wanted to do the Beachbody version but I can't find it on PS3.
  • I am 5ft and been working on getting down to 125-130. I have found that it is difficult. I started at 168, I am down to 157 and found that l need to keep changing things up in either exercising or eating in order to get continued weight loss. Go Shortys!
  • Hello, I am 5 '0 and 37 I am hoping to get down to 125 lbs. I really do think that the right weight is really dependent on the build of your body. I felt really good at 125 but when I use to weigh 115 I felt kinda weak and I loss some of my curves. I kinda like my butt and boobs.... Just saying. :)
