My fav for the last few days is a toasted wheat bagel thin with 1tblspn of almond butter and some craisins or dried cherries on top. Yum! with a cup of tea!

Thanks for the support, I usually stick to one a day, I'm thinking it just has to be cold turkey, but I need a plan in place when the craving hits ... cause it sure does ...

I've been doing this, I never feel like eating first thing in the morning and I don't like exercising with a full stomach. I usually just drink a glass of water and do either cardio or weights. I think it depends on the person.

7 days a week, with two little ones at home and a full time job, I'm up at 4:30, to make sure I get my workout before they get up

I keep a stash of 100 cal options ... popcorn, mini quaker rice cakes, oreo cookies, shortbread cookies ... and since they are already in 100 cal portions I grab a salty and a sweet and enjoy myself guilt free ... I try to cater to my cravings during this time, cause if I don't then I totally go overboard.
