It has been a hard week. I am hobbling around still and in pain so havent been as energetic as I would have liked. Weigh in: Still no change even though I have been under calories most days. shaking things up this week... come on loss!!

Hit up the dogs yard today, lots of cleaning and gardening. Feeling Sore as I had a cortisone injection in my hip today to treat my bursitis so couldn't walk far, did the gardening instead and now regretting it! Tomorrow I go in for surgery in my toe so won't be walking, but will be on crutches so surely that counts as…

Just finished another small walk and this time I carried weights, so I was doing various arm lifts as I went - luckily we live on a farm so I did this walk around the paddock otherwise I think I would have looked majorly stupid!

Lol any wonder you are aching!! If you have a bath I find that a long soak helps ease the muscle aches :) As for me - relatively on track. Dreading next week, having surgery on my toe Tuesday and going to be on crutches - imagine the calories I will burn lugging my heffalump self around on those LOL!!! I am loving daylight…

Mini challenges done and walk complete last night. Was feeling average at work today and didnt have a car so off I went on a walk - half hour done!! Leg raises done this morning, and I am taking a break from the situps for now - may attempt them later tonight depending how I feel. We are off for the weekend to Melbourne…

Sorry I missed coming back - I did 25 lifts on either side and 50 sit ups, push ups were a bit hard given my state of aching so I skipped out on them.
