walk off the kilos by new years challenge

Okay so i want to create a group who will incorporate walking into their daily exercise routine. I'm thinking an hour walk each day. Not enough time? get up an hour earlier! Got a dog.. use the dog for an excuse to get up off your butt! Its amazing how much difference walking makes. Catch the bus? get off early and walk the rest of the way or just walk the whole way!

We will weigh in each monday until new years day.

We can set mini weekly challenges.

I'm hoping someone has a computer with some kind of spreadsheet program who will be willing to make one up with all our stats.

My plan is to walk to work each day.

I wont start until tomorrow so that people have a chance to join. Who's in?!

    This is a great idea...I've really trying to get back into my walking so this is perfect

    Sounds great :) It is daylight savings here in Aus now so we get extra light in the evening - perfect for a walk!

    Happy to incorporate this in to our other challenge aswell if you are up for it. I have a dog who loves to go out walking and I am sure he would appreciate getting walked longer/further each day!!!
