  • Mikeyh is right! It is normal. I was burning less too so DO NOT worry about it. I just learned this thru P90X...the stronger/better you get the less you will burn in calories BUT your metabolism will still grow. :D So you'll burn more thru out the day.
  • yes week 5 is all core cardio. if you need to replace pure cardio I would suggest doing plyometric cardio. how are you doing these? I assume you dont have the dvd set with you? not really understanding.

  • I will try to pay attention to those tomorrow and see what I could suggest. I know I have issue with switch kicks due to my knee so depending on how tolerable the knee is sometimes I step thru while staying low so that my contraction/tightening is still fully engaged. :D HTH.
