  • I don't trust how they inspect and label meat and such, but I think their dietary guidelines are sound :P
  • As an avid chocolate fan...curbing my sweet tooth has been the most challenging. My solution? Strawberries and Skippy creamy peanut butter. A medium sized strawberry is approximately 5 kcal (calorie) which means you can eat 10 of them and only rack up 50 calories. However, there's also 1 g of sugar per strawberry. So, that…
  • I need to buy a scale, but I don't usually weigh my food because I do not calorie count (ironically). What works for me and I've been between 118-140 all my life, is to use a smaller plate. Put less of the carb/protein/fat heavy foods on the plate and load up on the veggies and healthy stuff. That way, visually, you'll…

If you put in the fridge it will not ripen. You'll be fine! Even if it brown a bit, then you just take the pit out and cut the browned portions.
  • #5 is my favorite because I may not drink coffee, alcohol or smoke but those sugary cokes get me every time.

I'm 5' 1" and weight 139 pounds. I'm around a size large-xlarge in shirts and 11 in pants. About two years ago I was 118 pounds, but…
