Yep! Usually just for the day, but I like knowing exactly what I have to work with.

OMG! That's awesome, hilarious, and mortifying all at the same time! hahahaha

That's awesome!!

That's awesome! It's my 34th bday today. It's crazy that I'm more fit in my 30s than I ever thought about being in my 20s....

You are doing AWESOME! I started the program this time last year, and consistently ran a 12 mm for a while. I'm just not able to consistently run a 10 mm. You are doing great!!

Having to ask for a smaller size is the best feeling! Way to go!
-
That's a big difference! You look great!!

These little things are so crazy. I can also feel my backbone when I sit in a chair with a hard back. haha Of course, all of this is COMPLETELY worth it!

There ya go!

What an awesome job!! You should be so proud of yourself. You look great!!!

Yes, I agree with the PP about catching glimpses of myself in the mirror and enjoying pictures more. I haven't done that in a long time. Looking better helps me feel better, and I hope I project that.

I plan to tone up and lose this last few lbs. But I also plan to start really enjoying my loss, and stop being so scared I'm going to gain it all back. I really need to get a mental handle on this new me because I want her to be around for the long haul.

I'm right there with you today. Right now, I'm only over by 6, but I'm sure it'll be more by the time the night's over. I was feeling unreasonable guilty, so I needed this threat to set my mind right ;0)

I started with C25K and just did a half marathon in October. You guys can definitely do this. If you have a smart phone, there's a C25K app that lets you use your own music and tells you when to run and walk. I really liked it over the podcasts because I liked using my own music. Good luck!

I was just thinking that this morning. I'm right at the end this January instead of starting. It's a pretty awesome feeling.

That is awesome!! Way to go!

Great job!

You look amazing!

Thanks again guys! It took about a year to lose it all, but I did WW and it was slow. I was not, am not, hungry all the time ;0) I could not live like that.
-
You guys rock!! Thanks for all the positive feedback. Photos really make you see the change. I really love MFP!!
-
That's how I started, and I ran my first half marathon back in October. I'm signed up to do another on in April. You can do it!!
-
Thanks guys! I tried to make it smaller, but it's not working...
-
Well I did throw away 140 calories on a Coke, but it did the trick and settled my stomach. Now it's been water all night!

I haven't started the Shred yet ;0) I've gotten it, and I'm planning to start after the holiday traveling is over.

I think WW is a great program. It taught me to eat healthy and to think about what's going into my body. That being said, I'm less than 10 lbs away from my goal, and I am currently doing both MFP and WW at the same time to see how MFP stacks up. It's free, yes, but I've had a tremendous success on WW, and so it's a bit of…

Thanks! Of course, after I posted this, I realized it said that on the amazon page... ;0)
-
Amazing!! I know you are thrilled, and I bet those grandkids are too. Can they even keep up with you? ;0)

Forest, I'm right there with you. I love running, but I need more now. I'm going to try toning 2-3 days a week. I've also heard great things about the Shred.

I can't post the link because the website blocked at work, but Canyoustayfordinner.com has a recipe for the buffalo chicken rollups. So good and low cal. I'm actually taking them to a party tonight! Also, try Gina's Skinny Taste site. She has lots of great recipes and they're all low cal.

Thanks Karen!! That makes me feel better. Yeah I was imagining it saying, if everyday is like today, you'll have a fat butt again in five weeks  Even though I know I want. I just need to do it and then get over it.
