  • Just be careful not to put your metabolism into a fasting mode. Even a few bites of something is better than nothing.
  • There is a setting where you can change your meal names and have up to 5or6 different times. You could try changing them to 2hr or 3hr blocks.
  • My dad would say water displacement is the only true way to figure out body fat% as fat floats and muscle sinks, but hey who has a big enough tank for that!

  • I got weighed at a nutrition group i am involved in. then I found out that they have 2 scales. so i think I will be weighing myself from now on on my own scale. In the morning before I eat breakfast, etc.
