I'll check out the almonds, thanks guys! Also I found soynuts are good too, and while they might not taste quite as good they're great for protein so I'm going to try those too.

if you are in charge of groceries... make a list before you go, and DO NOT buy anything not on the list. also don't go hungry. if the junk is not there to be eaten you can't eat it!

try the air-borne fizz tablets. I haven't gotten sick in the winter while taking them yet (past 2 years)

the fats from fish are generally the "good" oils and fats. omega-3 fatty acids and all. i would say go sashimi! high in protein, low in fat, SUPER yummy.

I dunno about most of that... but if you don't want chocolate or vanilla protein powder, go for syntrax nectar the fruit flavors are GREAT

Yeah, I'm on www.thinnertimes.com its all about WLS. I'm gonna try the celebrate vitamins as soon as I run out of these (they were expensive so might as well.) The sleeve is pretty similar to the gastric bypass as far as results and dietary changes. Gonna join the YMCA and get a routine started :)

I have the packet from the nutritionist, but it still doesn't say anything about fat, etc. I just got moved to pureed foods so its more of an issue than just liquids. I'm drinking syntrax nectar "shakes" (not really shakes they're the consistency of water) to make…
