It has completely revolutionized my time of the month - less skin irritation, less pms symptoms, shorter cycle time - so so worth it! Cloth pads also help, especially with skin issues. I highly suggest this to anyone, especially if you have a hard time.

Just water and my one daily indulgence - morning coffee! Though I do throughout the day add slices of lime, lemon, orange (just about any fruit) to my water. Adds a tiny taste (stronger the longer it sets) but negligible calories. I love it!

I agree! Since I still have to cook for my very slender daughter and string bean husband, I can't afford to make two different meals every time we eat! lentils are a great protein and easy for curries, sweet potatoes (better than white), in season veg, brown rice, chicken legs (higher in fat, but so easy in the crock pot and cheaper), eggs for quiche (no crust) - just a few that I use to help our budget. Hope it helps!:happy:

I use it combined with olive oil to lightly pan fry tilapia, chicken, vegetables, in place of canola or other oils in baking, and so so delish in smoothies of every kind!

I have a water bottle that holds 16 oz. I fill it up for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and make sure I drink it before leaving the table. I usually fit another bottle during the day. i don't drink anything else usually except coffee in the morning. Not an exciting answer, but it helps me! Hope it helps!
