Fasting is not a game, even a diet, you must be prepare mentally for that, I know what I am talking about, because I do fast every year, even though it is quite difficlut for me some time.

So it is nearly the end of the first half-year. I wonder if any one of you archieved the goal they sets out start of January? For myself I lost few pounds, without rush just to keep on doing without forcing. What about you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had no time for myself. and was 70 kg . as the 2 big children grew up i had time for myself and weight 55kg but recently, the third baby was born.and back to 70kg and once again couldn't look after myself , but i said i don't want to be heavy…

I tried it personaly won't consider doing again, you do loose weight of course but after the week finish what you lost you will gain twice. But if you want to clean your body drink black tea with 2 tea spoons of pure honey in the evening.:happy:
