Whatever works for you so that you aren't starving all the time. I average: Breakfast 275 Snack 325 Lunch 500 Snack 200 Dinner 300 Snack 175 =1775 If I eat more earlier in the day, I'm not so ravenous at night (when I have less control).

I saw 1,312 calories from exercise yesterday. No way I'd get this from CrossFit. Yes, the classes last an hour, but you are not full out working out for an hour. Weigh your food on a food scale and drink plenty of water to help with water retention in the muscles. With that said, don't focus on the scale. Do what you know is the right thing (working out hard and counting calories), and the results will come. You have to be patient.

I don't change my goal daily. I just keep a spreadsheet of my calorie counts and watch over things that way.

There are fitbits with heart rate monitors, and mine seems to do well with calorie estimation. In the meantime, underestimate your calories burned and eat back half. (Or at least that's what I'd do). :)

A long time - I started in 2014 and lost 25 pounds pretty quickly but then started CrossFit and decided to focus on training and fueling my workouts rather than losing so fast. It has really helped my mindset.

You can eat whatever you want - just be sure to weigh it on a food scale so that you're not underestimating how much you're eating.

Instead of 1500 calories per day, you would instead allot yourself 10,500 per week (that's 1,500x7). You can then go under 1500 during the week and eat the "extra" on the weekend. So, if you ate 1300 per day, Monday through Thursday, you'd have 200x4=800 extra to put on the weekend.

I honestly had no idea some gyms have dress codes! I wear capris but may experiment with shorts this summer. I'm thinking the booty short style (tight), but they do make some that are a couple of inches longer. Always, always tanks - no sleeves.
