182 to 155 @ 5'8"
I am still a work in progress, but I've decided that slow and steady win the race. I have a few more pounds to lose around the middle, and I'm focusing on fitness and strength. I can't wait to post a real "after" photo (maybe this summer). :) 5'8"

If I check the maximum amount of time that the race allows and can walk it in that amount of time, is there any reason I shouldn't give this a try? Do people walk marathons?

The concept of a U-turn has proved to be an especially valuable one. If, after several years, I still practice many of the skills I learned in this book, I…

Setting up Diary with FitBit Zip
My understanding is that FitBit Zip tracks walking/running only. And, I understand that it will sync with MFP. My question is, if I am using this device and it will make caloric adjustments based on how much I walk in a day, do I need to have my "activity level" set at sedentary so that I don't get too much "credit?"…
