Train Your Brain to Think Like a Thin Person

I read this book several years ago. As I have worked in the last few months to lose 20+ pounds with MFP, many of the principles in this book still ring in my head. The concept of a U-turn has proved to be an especially valuable one.

If, after several years, I still practice many of the skills I learned in this book, I think it has proven to be a valuable read. I had sold the book but I am reordering so that I can re-read it.

I was contemplating creating a group dedicated to working through the concepts if there was interest. I am looking forward to revisiting the book.

Since it has proven valuable to me, I thought I would put it out there for others to consider. I have always been a bit of a yo-yo with my weight, but I'm working through the mental challenge of being able to keep the weight off this time. I still have 15 pounds to lose but I'm already gearing up for the challenge of that ever-elusive concept of maintenance.
