November Brides?

I'd love to find some fellow November brides to join with for daily accountability, weekly weigh-ins, and habit tracking! I'm a 52yo female who will wed the love of my life November 15 (after a 30 year marriage to a man with NPD, so it's just a dream come true❤️). I'd like to lose between 25 and 30 pounds.

My personal habits that I plan to stick to are:

-Drinking water

-8K Daily Steps + 100 KBS every day

-Weight training 3x/week

-Log food and maintain a calorie deficit

-16h fast daily

-Avoid sugar and processed food in general - stick with meat, vegetables, fruits, and other whole foods
