I'm up 1.1 pounds this morning. Poor start. LOL No, it's fine. I have 14 habits that I track and I hit 13 of them yesterday (minus sleep). I've had an excellent week of hitting my goals. It's that TOM and I'm retaining water. Graph only shows a dot at the moment, but it will grow. I'll update again on Monday.

Notice that I bopped around at roughly the same weight for almost two weeks, but I kept with my goals every day and the whoosh has been amazing!

Made it through a stressful day without turning to food. This is a major accomplishment! I am clearly in a holding pattern, but I have been doing everything right, so the whoosh will come.

Great day yesterday. Got some upsetting news this morning, so I'm determined not to let it get me off track with eating.

Not the best day yesterday, but not terrible, either. The time change always gets me. I was tired and stressed and ate a piece of chocolate. Sweets are a slippery slope for me, so I'm doubling down on the "no sugar" efforts today.

Haven't done anything different, but it's my time to retain water for a few days. This always stinks. :(

I've been doing one meal a day and a protein shake. Yesterday I had two meals. My 20yo daughter wanted to do lunch and needed some emotional support. I made the most of it and still met my goals for the day.

I've been doing OMAD but yesterday's lunch didn't have enough protein (it was a catered lunch and I didn't have many choices because of celiac), so I ended up eating another meal last night. Stuck with no snacking and no sugar, so that is good. Weight is up (presumably because of sodium from the pizza I had for dinner).

I'm in. Following intermittent fasting and not eating sugar. This is hard, but sugar makes it harder. I feel like an addict.

Hopping in a little late, but I actually started on 1/31 so this works perfectly. 49yo, fit, with some extra flab that needs to go. I am doing intermittent fasting, which seems to work best for me as I approach menopause. @nic0520 How's it working for you?
