Hopping in a little late, but I actually started on 1/31 so this works perfectly. 49yo, fit, with some extra flab that needs to go. I am doing intermittent fasting, which seems to work best for me as I approach menopause. @nic0520 How's it working for you?

I've been doing everything right but I'm currently on what I call a "10 day hold." I will have a whoosh soon. I know my patterns and I know it will come off, but it is still annoying.

Water retention day 3. Hopefully it'll come down by Sunday since that's my weekly start day.

Day 3 of water retention. Yesterday's weigh in was on track, though. I drank more water than normal (128 ounces instead of 96). I'll try again today and see what happens.

Like clockwork, I am up a pound today (water retention). My weight will stay up for about four days. Hoping for a good weigh-in on Sunday. Until then, I just shoot not-so-nice gestures at the scale daily. :)

Like clockwork, I started retaining water today (up a pound) and will continue to do so for the next four days. :) That'll give me two days to get back to normal for the end of the round.
