The first thing I would try is upping your water intake. The brain interprets the signal for being hungry and trusty the same way.

His house his rules. I can't believe your upset with your Dad when he is voicing his opinion with your behavior in his home.

Here is the generally accepted formula to calculate your BMR. Women: BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years ) How ever no one person is the same therefore using one formula for ever single person isn't an exact science but you really shouldn't see a dramatic difference…

You know starvation mode is as real as bigfoot right?

Doesn't matter you broke rule number 1... you got married.

The only real answer on this board. Unless your are seriously out of shape, I seriously doubt doing a workout DVD just would cause your heart rate to get above your V02 Max. If you did you would have experienced shortness of breath, dizziness or difficulty breathing.…

Real ground breaking stuff.

Congrats on the weight loss. You might want to consider lifting now.

I am not a Patriots fan and hate Belichick but this just hurts my head. Patriots oline is mediocre at best, the only legitimate offensive weapon they have is Gronkowski and their defense doesn't help them out at all. I believe they had to come back in 8 games from double digit deficits. Matt Cassell didnt even make the…

Haha. If you gained that much muscle in eleven days please tell me where you got the steroids at...

Nice facts, strong souses.

Dislocated my shoulder bench pressing on Tuesday so I am stuck at home and I am on pain killers so I can drink anyways.

Your heart rate monitor is defiantly more accurate than the machine. The machine isn't calibrated to your specific stats. The more you weigh the more calories you burn as you lose weight and get in better shape you will probably notice you burning less calories. Congrats on being able to do the elliptical for 80 minutes...…

Crazy censorship on this website.

Freedom of speech protects you from the government not public opinion... with that being said dude has a right to his opinion. Its funny how everyone on this board is upset with that guys comments about the First Lady but what people on here are saying about him are ten times worse than what he said. JUST SAYIN.
-
Its funny how ignorant everyone on this board is. If you would have read the article he was talking on the phone and was over heard saying this. Was not a direct quote or something that was meant for the public domain. I am sure you would not want things you say in your private conversations becoming public.

Strong math skills... "my fiancee and I is $400 a month" = 2 people, est 4 weeks a month equals $100 a week divide by 2 equals $50 a person.

I was merely pointing out that the monetary value of food is not more expensive in the city than outside the city. As for carrying things and walking everywhere you go I am pretty used to that. I just look at it as extra calorie burn and embrace it instead of making hardship out if it.
-
What are you talking about I live in the village and I feed my self on like 50 bucks a week....
-
Losing a pound a week is pretty good. Three weeks isn't that long of a time... you didn't gain all the extra weight over night so you cant expect it to just fall off as soon as you start dieting and exercising. Just keep on doing what your doing and you will notice the difference soon enough.
-
So much broscience in this thread.... Just listen to ninerbuff he knows what he is talking about.
-
True its not an exact number but that's why I said roughly... Here is the generally accepted formula to calculate burned calories. Net burn rate per mile = 0.63 x weight (pounds)
-
To burn 100 calories you roughly need to run one mile so six miles.
-
I agree with jessylanne you probably went heavy too soon without properly strengthening the muscles used deadlifting. Being new to lifting and doing deadlifts I would consider doing a weight you can to 10-12 reps with for 3-5 sets. Then every week or how ever often you do the lift add 5-10 pounds until you feel comfortable…

Strong facts.

Your posts are awesome... you aware brah
-
diet > exercise Instead of going to the gym why don't you use that time to plan/prepare your meals. Once your able to get a grip on your diet then start working exercise into your routine.

Man people on this board are crazy....drinking is awesome. Consequences not so much.

How about the squat rack is not for curls....

Not sure if you REALLY like these sites or just spamming every post....
