I say: Eat your favorite chocolate cake, no matter the calories per pound. The trick: eat only a small portion, enough to satisfy your craving, so that the total calories are low That is what I normally do, when faced with a dish high in calories that I absolutely love. I find that a smaller portion is enough :-)

Exactly right. In Mexico, it is very common in small towns for moms to breastfeed in public, but covered with an apron-like piece. Babies love the cozy feeling, and no one complains or peeps. Many don't even notice there is a baby being breastfed.

Definitively agree. You seem to be depending on Slim-Fast shakes too much. Also I have noticed many days with 1000 calories or less (not logged?) You don't want your body to go into starvation mode; if your target is too high (2000 cals) for your body, change it, but if it is correct then don't consume much less than it.

Yes, came across the same one. Calories may not be exact, but I think it gives you a clear idea where the main calories come from.
