Good luck to you, however you decide to do it. For me it changes on a routine basis, but yes, the calories are the key. It is not easy. And I understand your need to do something quick. Doesn't mean it is rational or even right, but it's human nature. Hope you get the support you need here and at home. :D

I'll admit, I just started it -- on Day #3. I've done it once before (don't think I got past week #2) and did lose some weight. How are you doing so far? I've lost 2 lbs--- I think. lol

There is a Group on here called the No Junk Food Challenge. Its 21 days to basically stop yourself from craving junk -- or foods that are without any real nourishment. I've done WW in the past and while it is a good program, its just easier to find calorie info with the new laws coming into place. You can usually find calorie info, but not fiber content, etc. I got frustrated with the new system too. And of course the Free part! :)

This feedback is really helpful. So many times I've gone "over" to around 1,500 and I feel like such a failure that day. 1,200 is easy on some days when I do something big for exercise, but a struggle on other days. This makes me feel like I'm on track if I stay close to it. Thank you!

Exercising in the morning seems to be the only way that works for me. At night after work, dinner, laundry, playing chauffer for the kids.....it just doesn't happen.
