Is time running out to do this??

Hi everyone! I started using My Fitness about 2 weeks ago and love it. I'm 37 years old and need to finally find a way to lose this weight. I keep hearing the older you get, the harder it is to lose. I'm tired of being the "big girl" in the group. I've always comforted myself in being heavy, but healthy. Now I'm worried about high blood pressure symptoms, so I need to do this now before time lets age and health issues catch up with me.

I'm looking forward to the support to keep me on track!

    Never too late to get healthy! I am 42...have lost 37 lbs so far with the help of this site and these wonderful people! You will find great advice, similar stories of weight loss...exercise tips...recipes...you name it.
