sometimes i do, sometimes i don't. If I have access to MFP I try to do it before I eat so I can make adjustments. It helps me make a decision when I eat out, which happens too often because I'm pretty busy. It helps me find healthy options.

healthy choice really has a great selection of lunches. some of it is actually good. i recommend orange zest chicken, beef teriaki, country fried chicken, three cheese marinara, and basil chicken. they are my favs.

loving eating is what's gets us in the situations we are in now....finding balance is important, it helps me to think about what i want more. to lose all my extra weight? or to eat a cookie (or whatever)? Eating only last until you've finished eating, or until you have to eat again. But loving your body lasts a lot longer…
