How much it TOO MUCH or NOT ENOUGH???

I have been thinking about this for a week or so now (after getting into a nice workout routine). Now I wonder if I am not doing enough to lose the weight I want, or if I am overdoing it and doing too much. I don't feel like I am doing too much - as I am currently doing the Insanity program and then walking at night for about 30 to 60 minutes. I burn at least 600 calories a day. Unfortunately I don't have access to the gym right now so doing any weight training is out of the question right now. But I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on what I need to be doing in order to try to maximize my fitness each day, without burning myself out, and what else I can do to get rid of this weight.
Thanks!!!!
Thanks!!!!

netflix offers a variety of workouts streamed directly to your TV. With a set of hand weights you can accomplish a lot.0

Youtube offers quite a few options as well. I don't go to the gym either I am going to start doing some at home work that I found on a website. I will see if I can find the name of the website and I will post it.0

Netfilx is a great suggestion!! I also think doing some mild calisthenics is a good idea. You can do your own mix of things. Squats, pushups, situps, etc.0

I suggest YouTube or Netflix. I actually own the old school Power 90 and I've been doing the Sculpt Series with free weights and stuff to help shift some more of the weight I know I got to get off. They move a lot slower than Insanity but I feel like I'm getting a good workout still with the free weights.
If you can't do something like that, you should check out YouTube and sites like Livestrong for some really good free weight exercise moves and start of slow. Its a good way to get something in other than the extreme cardio of Insanity.0
