I'm a personal trainer. Gas-X ALWAYS works for me and my clients - we're all eating a lot of fiber and if you're not used to it the gas can really bring your digestive system to a halt.

Thanks for posting this. I've been thinking that I need to give up coffee for a long time now, and your post is motivating me in the right direction. Coffee bloats my stomach, even though I drink it black, and also causes joint pains in my wrists and knees. I only drink about 1 to 1 1/2 cups a day but crave it all the time…
