For me, I eat both (50% of the time 100% natural, 50% of the time better'n) because peanut butter is probably my food obsession #1. It's hard to not eat a ton of calories when you love peanut butter and eat it as a snack. I can eat 10 tablespoons regular peanut butter no problem...then I'm 900 calories gone!

I pre-plan the night before my breakfast, morning snacks, usually lunch, and afternoon snacks. My dinner is whatever my loving sister makes and my night snacks is whatever in the freezer/cupboard i wonder into :)

"Jersey Shower" (anyone watch jersey shore? lol) I would bring a medium-sized towel, change of clothes, deodorant, and deodorant spray. Make sure you have a change in socks and underwear as well.
