Hi all,

Well I'm starting to lose my boobs.. the more weight i lose the smaller they get.

My boyfriend seems to think that if i do certain exercises to work my chest muscles I can help them look bigger and also lift them slightly..

He is quite often wrong about things but I'm hoping there's some truth in this.. can anyone help?

Chest exercises will help give you a natural lift which I guess could make them look bigger too. It stinks but it always seems it is the first place to go (and the only place I don't want to lose from).

I know what you mean. I am currently a 44-B. Yes B. I hate it and when I really start dropping the weight I fear that they are going to become nonexistent.

If you work on the muscles under your chest it can indeed make them look a bit bigger because the fat is over the muscle and if the muscle is strengthened it pushes them out a bit.... won't make that much of a difference though ^^

Yeeeep... if you work the pec muscles you can make em look bigger and lift them... see how the guys that have big muscles always have big chests as well? Yeeep :P

eg Bench press, bar dips, dumbbell flyes

for what its worth smaller, fit boobs are much more attractive and sexy than fatter, sloppier boobs. congrats on your weight loss!

I'm an A-cup at my normal weight. Look at the advantages of little boobs! And there are many, from not having backaches to being able to exercise with minimal bounce. And you can look just as great without cleavage. Stress classy elegance instead of sexy and you are miles ahead!

It could make your chest appear bigger but I doubt it will effect the cup size.
It is worth doing though as even if your boobs are smaller it can make they look nice and perked xD

I hate the fact my boobs are going to get smaller but I take comfort in knowing they will still be amazing haha

I think if you whack him in the head it will help his "open mouth, insert foot" disorder.

^^^^^^ THIS! I am a well-endowed woman and let me tell you my back and shoulders ache. Also, after extended breastfeeding two kids and loosing weight things are... uhm... not so perky. When I reach my goal weight I'm going to have a reduction. I can't fathom why folks want big boobs.

I went from a 36B normal weight to a 42D when I gained the weight. I always thought I wanted big boobs, but now that I have them, I hate it. I can't wait to lose them back to my normal size again.

Try being a nursing mama, who even at a normal weight has DDs.. I can't imagine what they are right now. I am tired of getting slapped in the face while working out... bit of an exaggeration but still very uncomfortable.

Don't you love looking in the mirror during a class and seeing all the girls around you jumping and looking great and you jump and nearly give yourself a black eye? LOL

I agree with everyone else. The bf is right this time. Chest exercises can help them appear larger and firmer. Push ups! Get some!
