I've never had a stuttering or stammering problem but I imagine what I would do is 1) the Cicero method - put a bunch of rocks in my mouth and recite speeches all day or 2) The Notebook method - recite Walt Whitman until I hated the man

Your body can only get rid of about 2 pounds of fat per week - so use that as guideline. You're probably not burning only fat, so 2 pounds is probably perfect if not too much.

Eating a lot of the same things helps me a lot in controlling how much of it I eat and helps me not go crazy on one thing in a day.

Sugar that comes from fruit is totally okay...it's natural and the closer you get to nature, the better. Your body can digest it and use it more easily. Don't worry about high sugar if you're getting it from good places!
-
All of your suggestions are good, you're going to want a good amount of protein but also a good amount of carbs (carbs are a part of re-building too!) after your workout. Protein in the form of liquid (protein shake) is a bit better for post-workout because it is digested more easily

I try to workout a couple hours after I've taken in a lot of carbs to make sure I'm using them before they get turned into fat, so usually midday around 4PM. However, running or lifting in the morning has always made me feel great throughout the rest of the day and not really hungry, so it's basically about preference.

Losing fat and building muscle take two different approaches, and I never really understood that it's extremely hard to do both at the same time until that lean people trying to get leaner thread. Building muscle takes a ton of energy and you usually need to be 500-1000 calories over what you would normally eat in a given…

To be fair..this kid seems like a creep and this whole situation seems insane. But, 4-5 dates (not "dates" in my case) is what it took for me to really KNOW...if you see what I'm saying...there's something I can't describe but can only attempt to that I feel after a few weeks or so, where I'm not going to tell her anything…

All my favorite snacks are incredibly high in cals! haha Well I guess if you're talking low cal, I've gotta go better'n peanut butter, one pizzelle, carrots, clementines, yogurt, and mini nilla wafers (the mini part makes it easier mentally)
-
Dear you, Please let me know what you want from me, and what I have to do to make this work out. Sincerely

Apples are fantastic morning foods, I once read an article about how they give little benefit at night but are great for the morning. Ever since, I eat basically an apple per day and the amount of energy I have had since December every day has been noticeably different. Yes, apples have carbs - mostly fiber and sugar. But…

How can you hate water? haha I never understood that! Tea always gives me more energy and apparently it has long-term health benefits like heart health and is a general cleanser. I'm pretty sure it contains many antioxidants as well (and doesn't have the negative effects of coffee)

Yeah this is correct...I'm 18, physically active, and trying to lose half a pound per week, and MFP has me eating 1900 calories/day. Now if I'm eating 1900 calories per day and doing a ton of exercise, I'm just not going to get my body enough nutrients to provide energy and rebuild
-
Exactly my point. If you're under calorie goal and done exercise for the day, 500 calories from peanut butter and crackers isn't going to be much "better" than a candy bar, assuming you're meeting minimums but not going too far over in carbs or fat.
-
You don't necessarily have to eat back calories in a healthy way...if you're done exercise for the day, the effect of "crappy" food isn't going to be that extreme for the rest of the day. A lot of my exercise calories end up going to sweets because I can't refuse them...they don't hurt if they're within limits and you stay…

Drink a ton of water in the morning...I always have a glass before I eat, during, and maybe even one after. It helps keep me full until my morning snack

2 tablespoons Better'n Peanut Butter...screw it, I usually have 4-6
