Well Day 3 completed last night! I am doing good through it, beside the side lunges with the weights lifted to your eye level. Ughh that is the worst part I find.

Yesterday was my first day of 30DS. I found it to be tough, but I did feel great after doing it!

Ive been at the gym. I am the complete opposite lol. I find I push harder if I am at the gym, and in the atmosphere. I will take a look at that website. Thanks so much!

I have been doing it as one cup is 250ml. So a 500ml bottle of water would be 2 cups. I guess it depends on your metric system.
