I've been on and off MFP for a few years now. My weight goes up and down, then I do it again. I want to lose about 70 lbs, for good this time!

I've only been eating and exercising like this for a month. Usually, I eat around 1500 if I exercise, and 1200 if I don't. Is it important to eat back my exercise calories? I usually burn around 800. Initials on my foot, cherries on my hip, flowers on my shoulder, heart on my wrist, a feather with birds flying from it on my ribs, it says I'll Fly Away....I'm sorta addicted to getting them now, but I teach preschool...so I have to be careful about placement...but hoping to cover my entire side :)

Dance Central is one of my favorite things! I just joined a challenge that begins 12/02/12, and it requires 4, 1 hr sessions of exercise, and I plan on Dancing! lol

I am very excited to get started! Any suggestions for exercises? I will be honest, I hate exercising and sweating worse than going to the dentist! lol....So, what would be a good way for a beginner to start? I have X-Box Kinect, does that count?

Well, $100 doesn't seem like much for 2 weeks! That is $50 each, giving you each only $3.57 per day. I know my husband and I couldn't do that. I tried the noodles, but just couldn't do it! Too rubbery for me....I tried fixing them several ways, but ugh, they were just nasty. I gave some of them to friends to try, but they hated them too...I threw about $70 worth of them in the trash....I wish I could eat them, though, because it would def. help keep the calories…
