  • How are you all logging the workouts for the fitness blender. Kelli's favourite for instance is strength but I was puffed out as much as if I had done cardio.

  • I completed Jillian Michaels 30 day shred last week and thought I would now try the Fitness Blend videos on You Tube. OMG, I did a Cardio HIIT and it was really really tough. Think I will try strength training tomorrow. There are so many to choose from.

  • Thanks all for your replies. Some very helpful advise but a lot of my carbs are used up by fruit. Is there an alternative that anyone can recommend or is this ok because it is fruit?
  • I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who suffers with this. I don't think that I could mentally cope with fasting though. I suffer with mild Fibromyalgia and am controlling the systems and think anything too drastic may not help. Trying to up my water intake today,will see how that goes for now. Thanks all.

  • I absolutely loved level 3 until today. 5th day running and I'm tired. Going to take the weekend off I think.

  • Day 1 Level 3 today. Absolutely loved it. It was challenging and wouldn't have been able to manage unless I had worked up to it.

  • Chair squats with V raises, I'm with you on that, I find that the killer. Also struggle with plank jacks. 9th day of Level 2 today. Might attempt Level 3 tomorrow.
  • On day 8 level 2, have been doing ok. Usually start with 10 minutes on exercise bike and then start shredding. Struggled yesterday and had to stop half way through today. Felt quite dizzy and not great. Think I need a day off tomorrow. haven't lost any weight on the scales but definitely feel more toned. That's good enough…

  • Level 2 day 8 today. Really struggled today. Don't know why, it just felt like hard work. Got through it and trying to be more positive for tomorrow. Not sure if its just you and me left now Sara!
  • Day 6 level 2 completed. One tip, plank jumps are much easier doing the hard way than the easy way. Wouldn't have said before today though.

  • I'm on day 2 Level 2. Fell that I really worked hard today. Struggle with the plank jumps but am happy to be able to stick with a plank through that when it gets too tough. I have absolutely no idea what I am going to do next though.

  • Day 1 level 2. OMG what are the walking push ups and plank jacks about. This is definitely designed to push the limits.
  • Gutted as could not log into you tube today. Was eager to start Level 2.
  • Managed 7 days of level 1 over 2 weeks. Going to attempt level 2 tomorrow, feel I'm ready. Wouldn't say level 1 is now easy but easier. I think I would rather hurt/ache over the weekend than when wearing heels for work.
  • Ooh you're giving me hope for level 2. Overslept this morning so didn't manage to complete day 7 level one. Might take it as a rest day, will see how I feel when I get home :)
