I find that when I really crave for something when I do actually get to eat it is I'm disappointed :(

That has to be the most frustrating part of FM, the time it takes to diagnose. It took 10 years for me, prior to this I had never heard of it.

I have FM alone too, luckily, I think after hearing from other people. It is starting to become a pattern now. Lidl do some great porridge oats and they only cost about 50p for a bag I have 50g with water and a small spoon of Canderel. 186 cals for the oats which I think is great.

I can't go to the gym as it isn't open the time that I want to work out but there is so much available without having to go. I totally agree. Plenty on You Tube to keep it varied. Admittedly you don't have the support from trainers at the gym but that is what MFP is for. I've learnt a lot from here.

I'm starting over again. Only had 2 weeks off over Christmas after working out for 4 months, didn't think it was working but realise now that it must have been after having Christmas off, feel really unfit. Feel free to add me :)

Brilliant post. Thanks for making it simple. Have previous worked out my numbers but as I put on 6lbs over Christmas recalculated my numbers and looking forward to getting back into it again. Need to work my way up with weights though, was only on 1.lb, got a way to go yet :)
