I'm allowing roughly 2 weeks for each level with the occasional day of just cardio. I have to remember that this is a life style change and once I have completed the 30 days it doesn't stop there.

Completed day 5 today. Definitely getting easier, but know what's coming up now (which isn't great), no surprises. Physically feeling trimmer though :)
-
Finally managed to get back on track this morning after having to take a couple of days off due to stupid aches and pains. Completed day 4 and feel fab. I haven't measured but really do feel that things have changed :)

Didn't even attempt to start day 4 today.Woke up and my shoulder was killing me, don't think it is anything to do with the shredding just position I slept in. Did 40 mins on bike to try and make up for it. Try again tomorrow. Well done everyone for getting this far :)

I'm soo jealous. I can't do push ups. Feel likw my elbows will snap :) Although must say I found day 3 slightly easier.
-
Completed day 2 today. Actually thought I was fairly fit but I don't feel it today. Biceps and thighs aching but feeling good. I also think I may have got over my hatred of jumping jacks. Doesn't feel so hard on my knees once I have done Jillians knee stretches!
-
I finally managed day 1 now. Armpits hurt but feeling really positive. I have been working on the Biggest Loser on the WII with Jillian with is a bit slower paced so am feeling like I pushed myself. So far so good.
-
Not started yet but I know I hate jumping jacks, make my knees feel really weak. Might just have to run on the spot with that one or maybe try squatting jacks!!
-
Had every intention of starting today but came down with a cold yesterday. If my nose would stop running long enough then I would give a go. I am so frustrated :(
-
I will start this either Monday or Tuesday. Monday's aren't usually a good morning for me.

Great posts. I have responded because I want to be able to read it all later when I have more time.
-
Some good info there :)
-
Interesting topic, I needs to research it more though.
-
Well done. Truly inspirational :)

Hi. I'm in Cambridge. Feel free to add me :)

I'm also curious about this. I have been working out with the Biggest Loser on the Wii for about 3 weeks now and have advanced to hard, so have definitely built up my fitness. Not been doing it long enough to see visble changes though.

I totally understand where you are coming from with this. I constantly think about food and what it contains and feel really guilty if I do not exercise. Last year I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I have suffered with pain on and off for about 11 years but suffered a real bout of it due to the fact that I had got so…

What a great post. Love your way of thinking

Thanks guys. I never realised that keeping fit was so complicated but I guess it's not once you find something that suits.

This was a really helpful post. I have spent most of my time doing Cardio and asked the question on here. Why was I not losing weight? Everyone who responded suggested incorporating working with weights too. Am yet to invest in some but consistent comments are a lot more positive for us who need educating.

This post has put my mind at rest as this sounds like just what I have to do. I thought I already ate loads but have been told that its still not enough. Planning on starting next week to make another lifestyle change. Looking forward to finally seeing some changes :)

OMG. I can eat cheese. I love cheese. Right that's it. Things need changing :) Thanks guys I have an office job, so unfortunately not very active. Will try & figure out what to do with this rep band thing that I have :)

All those points are really helpful. I did think my carbs were high but I eat a lot of fruit. What kind of stuff could I eat instead which is maybe high in protein (I added in a handful of nuts to try and build it up). I think I'm in a bit of a rut with my eating, maybe need a complete shake up. I'm looking to lose about…
-
I snack loads. Not the best role model I guess though cause I'm not losing either :(
-
Woohoo managed 15 miles today. That's 50 this week :)
-
10.5 6/9 Impressed with me today. Plenty of walking too. looking forward to feeling the benefits :)
-
I must say a sore sweaty bottom isn't very comfortable (just thought I would share that with you), I'm sure are plenty of you out there that agree. 3/9 12.4 Miles 4/9 12.3 Miles Now chilling, watching the Great British Bake off :) Good luck guys

I'm in. Shall mostly be on my exercise bike at home but I am in need of a challenge to spur me on :)

Well done for seeing past this. I intend to check out my bad day post any day I need to to stop the bad day blues.

I had a bad day myself yesterday but by posting that fact on here I almost instantly lifted. I had some amazing comments and also realized that I wasn't the only one that had bad days. I overcame it as someone suggested by going for a walk and I did feel much much better after.
