im not sure if its correct but i know for me i try really hard to watch my sodium intake and keep it as less as i can to much sodium/ (salt) turns to water gain at least it does for me anyhow try cutting that back and see how it works for you i do know that to much of it is not good for the body and will make u bloated and…

hello there congrats on your progress so far i havent been at this but 2 weeks now and down 10 lbs and i feel good about that and its been a lil tough but not as bad as i thought im also looking for the same its always easier to have support along the way i will be glad to give u any support u need along your way
