A lot of people log it as Circuit Training - General. I burn anywhere between 190 & 280 calories with 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 based on my HRM.

If it ends up in the house I tuck it away out of sight and try not to think about it and instruct the hubs to 'take care of it'. I'm usually good at not buying it, but it is in the same aisle at the grocery store as my Crystal Light so that kinda sucks! I try not to even look at it!

If and when I get sick and don't keep down my food I still log the calories and just know that it's under. Unless you're going to start measuring what you didn't keep down... ugh... lol...

I log about twice a day. After I eat breakfast and prepare my lunch to take with me I'll log that. Then when I get home I'll look at what I have left and my macros and figure out what I'm going to eat and then log as I make it.

I had a huge carb binge yesterday (candy, chocolate & chips) and put on 5.3 lbs overnight. I know it's mostly water weight and also the weight of the food as I haven't had a good... I hit up the 2nd hand shop and get a nice pair of jeans for $10 or less that are in the next size down. I'm in a 14 now with a 12 'waiting in the wings'. I did it while obese and did have some knee pain with the jumping jacks and jump rope. I would do what I could and then just switch to running in place, high knees or butt kicks. I also worked out on the kids play mats in my bare feet so it reduced a lot of the impact as well. I have very bad ankles that are prone to me…

Everyone thinks I'm pregnant or just crazy when I order my sub at Subway... 6" meatball on one of the cheese breads extra cheese, tomatos, little bit of lettuce, green peppers, lots of pickles, extra mayo & pepper. Yummy! Need to have one of those in the new year for a really good treat!
