Several years ago stopped at a road side diner for ice cream, while enjoying my sundae bit into a tooth that was not mine! After much investigating by the company, they decided it came from the bag of pre chopped walnuts, that were shipped in from Korea, and it was a child's tooth!

That's awful, so sorry you have to feel like this after so much success! My issue is with my co-workers who say nothing after 60 pounds, not one single compliment, I try to be the "bigger" person but it hurts!

First thing definitely face, but the latest is I am shorter, omg I had fat on the bottom of my feet;)

Highest weight 285, had to buy a dress for a formal military event, I cried in the dressing room and was so thankful the event was canceled, today 60 pounds gone, another formal military event sent me shopping, this time I twirled in the dress like a little girl! Can't wait to wear it!

After working as a waitress in high school I realized there had to be more out there, started right out of high school graduated in 1987 haven't looked back, have changed jobs a few times as hubby is military and we move often, but nursing is one of the most flexible jobs out there!

When a challenging patient comes back to the clinic and asks specifically for me, I know then I have made a difference in their lives and they in mine!

Goal for March to get to -45 at -40.5 now, so possible, also to increase the intensity and calories burned on my treadmill!

started off in CCU for 9 years then ER for another 9, now doing clinic nursing, hours are good but miss the adrenaline rush!

Hi there, So good to see all the Nurses here, I am an RN worked crazy shift work for 18 years and for the last 7 doing part time days, although on the verge of being posted (hubby is military) so thinking shift work will be in my near future again! eat and track is the only way to go!
