I do have a HRM, the thing is, is that I bought it for 12.00! I dont think it works very good and it is a watch one. I guess maybe I should take it to the gym tomorrow and see the difference from the machines and my HRM.

I hope that my calories are right! I am using the equipment at the gym. It is all brand new and asks me my weight and age, so wouldnt it be pretty accurate? I worked out for 2 hours today at the gym and burned 1000 calories, does that seem wrong? I used the eliptical machines and the treadmill. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday and today I went to the gym and burned 1000 calories each day! That is 2000 calories in the last 2 days! I am soo happy. I dont know if I should eat back all of these calories though. I just got a HRM from someone and I dont have the directions for it. I used it when I did the 30 day shred level 2. When I went to check the calories burned on the watch there is 3 different levels on the watch to check and they all say different amounts of calories. One said 78, one said 138 and one said 230. First of all, your weight is not excessively high to begin with (although I don't know how tall you are) and second, you only have a small amount of weight to lose. It sounds like you are doing plenty of cardio...what about strength training??? Also, are you eating all your calories and drinking plenty of water? Just some…

If it makes you enter your weight and stuff, i would go with the number on your machine. That will probably be more accurate!
