I always sneak baby carrots in with me because they're healthy and I still get that "crunch" I'm craving while watching a movie. :0) Depending on what I'm craving, sweet or savory, I add 5 oz carrots in a Ziploc bag and either pour a Tbsp of Ranch or add a Tbsp of melted Peanut Butter with a dash of cinnamon.

Take lean ground beef and mix it with black bean puree, so there's technically more beans than meat in the patty. Season the same way you would a burger, plus you'd get fiber on top of all that protein!

I'd love to be between 150-175 mostly because I want to KEEP my curves. I have an hourglass shaped body, and I've been smaller than 150 before and I lose my curves.
