I do about a cup or so of spinach, half a cup of plain non fat greek yogurt, half a cup of whatever fruit I have, half a cup of whatever juice seems to compliment that fruit, a tablespoon of honey, and ice.   • When mine are ripe, I am going to throw them in my morning green monster. Also cherry sauces go great with fish, pork, and turkey. Of course there's cherry desserts, but that kinda defeats the purpose of eating fruit IMO. Whole grain cherry breads and pancakes would probably be pretty good too.
  • I only eat more if its before 8PM. If its once a week or so, no big deal. If its more than that, a more nutritious breakfast or lunch may be inn order. Also, I try to eat something with something other than just straight carbs: cheese, yogurt, almonds, apples with peanut butter, hummus & veggies, etc.
  • Im thinking that 1/2g per lb is per lean lb or at least adjusted for healthy weight correct? As in if you are 50 lbs overweight, you probably dont need an additional 25g protein than you would if you were lean? Just curious as most medications are dosed based on lean weight, it would make sense to me.
