I don't think it has a negative affect on weight loss. I drink diet soda all the time! While I haven't lost an uber amount of weight yet, it hasn't hindered my progress. Of course, I am on a calorie diet, so I'm "allowed" to have it! lol

I am a journalist and a lot of my "following" know me as MzExec. I think for me MzExec is a reminder of who I WANT to be. I want to be that slim and sexy executive in the music and entertainment industry. I feel the name is only fitting! :)

I will report for yesterday! Goal: 1240 Net: 1419 I did, however, gain 200 calories from exercising which boosted me to 1440... SO at the end of the day, I TECHNICALLY had 21 calories to spare! :)

I would like to join as well! I'm a newbie, and have just started my weight loss journey today! My goal is to lose AT LEAST 75lbs... And of course, the sooner, the better! My goal for today: 1240... Actual amount.. 920! I think I'm off to a good start! :)
