I am trying very hard to get my calories down this week. I have actually been logging my food and tracking my calories. It's still not down to where I would like it, but it's getting better!

Today is my husband's birthday, so I walked with a co-worker during my lunch today so I can take my husband out to dinner tonight to celebrate. I just started a new job and have been swamped, but I intend to be more consistent with posting as soon as things settle down a bit!

I am having trouble copying or sharing my last workout list post fro my tablet. For April 30, I had 4 miles walking and 4.5 miles running, so my April total is 36.75.
