Please feel free to add me, I’m not very good at the measuring carbs in grams but am avoiding all ‘standard’ carbs like potatoes, bread, pasta, rice etc and keeping under my calories. Would love to see what others are eating this way!

well someone looked into that a bit too much. nothing wrong with wanting your partner to share something that you made and are proud of as far as I'm concerned. certainly does my partner and I no harm.

I eat it every week with chicken, mushrooms and feta and it never puts me over calories (standard dish comes in at 400 calls ish dependent on weight) I love the stuff!

no targets in the UK unfortunately. as i said, it's difficult to weigh myself at work with no clothes on first thing in the morning. i was looking for a vague idea but 15lb seemed extreme even with clothing and later in the day. note my concern.

today for breakfast i had a tortilla wrap filled with banana slices, (store own version of) nutella and peanut butter. it was amazing, and kept me completely full until lunch, AND i've stayed under my calories for the day (1370). i'm team nutella all the way.

you shouldn't really take too much notice when weighing yourself daily, it fluctuates too much. concentrate on a weekly weigh in otherwise you'll confuse yourself.
