I'm doing this now (in week 4 of 8). Of all the ones I found, this is the only one my hubby would do with me. I like it though I'm not super coordinated. 1. I do drink that much or more! 2. Last weeks score: 3 3. Sat. wt was 158.6 4. Weighlifting done! 5. Cardio: 255 min done 6. Food Recorded all days! 7. 3 guilty pleasure foods: Chocolate, Bruscetta on a bagel and strawberry shortcake. This is a good week. Bring it on :tongue:

sit ups- 75/200 push ups- 80/100 lunges- 120/100 jumping jacks- 300/200 cardio- 65/120 food log- 5/7 (not great days but I logged it all) I have a lot of sit ups in my immediate future and an hour of cardio but I think I can do this today :cry:

As of last night, Cardio: 200/240 Lunges: 180/200 Sit ups: 105/250 Yoga/stretching: 65/60 Not quite there but it was a good effort. Bring on the next challenge :drinker: Cheers and Merry Christmas to all.

I like the chocolate only. I've tried the green and strawberry but couldn't tolerate the taste or texture. I found I can alter the texture of the chocolate so I can drink it by blending it alone with cold water then letting it sit for a few minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I needed something to focus on other than calories in and calories out. I do very well with logging all my food intake but getting out of my comfort zone fitness wise will be great. I use a treadmill mainly for exercise, running, jogging and walking. I would eat most of the cookie dough before even baking the cookies, If they were to bring somewhere, I'd have to make a new batch. Same with brownies, only I'd wait for those to bake first. I love it in my shakeology or protein shakes for flavor but do not like it used "as PB" ie... in a sandwich. I use the reduced fat PB for that.

I am a few days late starting the challenge but want to jog 40 miles in October. I've not done any yet but will tonight! I'm trying to figure out the ticker counter for miles. I am somewhat computer challenged but I'll get it.

I use the armband too. I have to tuck the extra cord into my bra's shoulder straps and have the ear bud cords come from the back. I can't stand the cords in front of me. I have accidentally pulled the ear buds out with an arm/hand too many times.
