If you want a break from heavy beat:
1. any Scottish pipe band - quick march at 120 beats a minute gives a good rhythm for elliptical/crosstrainer
2. 1812 overture
3. Anything by Wagner - especially Ride of the Valkyrie
4. Pogues
to pass the time on a treadmill walk (knees preclude jogging) I use a History podcast - but I'm just weird according to my historyphobic wife.0 -
