Hi Ladies I started Keto in Jan this year I hadn't had a cycle for 9 months - frankly being 50 I was excited to be done - until Feb this year that is when I started up again (valenines day of all days). Since then I've had 2 more and each time they get worse. I get spotting for days before and after - never had that before…

Hit could be your back is out. Until recently I thought my knee problems were a symptom of aging being in my 40s. However.......i hurt my back and after seeing an osteopath not only did he heal my back but my knee problems disappeared. I know its back related because after over training my back was starting to hurt again…

Sugar and artifical sweetners are toxins to the body. When they are present the body stores them in fat cells. They shuld learn to drink water.

This is such a difficult topic. I would recommend reading Tosca Reno's book for kids. Its all about clean eating. Sugar is the main culprit. It is hidden in so many things too. Best thing you can do is to try to make sure all their meals are packed with real food only that you have prepared yourself rather than any…

think this post is great. I found it a great read and yes Clean living is key to loosing weight. I have to agree with tinkerbelltan.....the post from floppy back end was a rant and a very negative one at that. I would love to hear from anyone who has done the program as I'm keen to try it. I have had a look over the…

Hi Sara I just came across your post. My name is Rai and I'm a mum living in Australia. I have just started Lite N Easy after seeing the success from my work mates but I am finding it a bit difficult as I'm always hungry and not seeing the results I wanted. I found an article about James Duigan and I really like the sound…

I also have gone onto youtube and down some of the excersices on there. I got very inspired by BodyRock. Also I did 4 months of boot camp so I incorporate some of the things I learnt there like, pushups, burpees (they get you fit fast) sit ups, star jumps and the plank. They sound easy but done regularly they will get you…

Hi I know this is an old post but have a few questions. Interesting responses. Sounds like you either love or hate this program I'm wondering how it went for your Kkerri? Did you get good results I'd also like to know - how long do the work outs go for? One thing I don't have a lot of it time thanks
-
great comment I guess what people are trying to say is that having curves makes you as real a woman as anyone else but you are right - why label.

This is so inspiring and I'm glad I found this post. I too have herniated discs and the pain has made it so hard but i just keep going. I find aqua therapy really helpful as the water supports me while i strengthen my muscles. Thanks for this post

thanks for all your replies - some great responses. I have been using the pool since the injury late Novembear but mainly running in the water and using foam weights for arms toning. It has helped and I think I wouldn't have got where I am today without aqua-therapy. Might be time to add some laps and just keep at it.…

I want to find something to build up my core without putting me back in traction. i have to work my way up to a wheel but I appreciate your response ps those…

Hi Tiaxox I recently had a major back injury as well as sore knees and this makes it really hard to work out. I made friends with the pool at the gym I go to. It has really helped and although i'm now back to being able exercising as regular.I still use the pool 3x a week In the water i still engage in running in the water…
